 Internet Explorer versi 8 (IE 8)– pengguna sistem Quest 3 adalah digalakkan untuk menggunakan IE 8 sebagai internet browser bagi semua transaksi yang dijalankan dalam sistem Quest 3. Penggunaan browser seperti Google Chrome atau Mozilla FireFox akan menyebabkan transaksi tidak berjaya diterima oleh BPFK. (19 April 2012)
